Free medical care is available for infants and youth through 18 on Tuesday and Wednesday between the hours of 1:00-4:30 p.m. from August through May. The clinic is located at the Central Community Center, 6300 Walker St. in St. Louis Park (Located on the corner of Hwy. 7 and Wooddale. For easy access to the clinic take 35th Street to door 7). myHealth For Teens & Young Adults offers basic medical care (asthma, vaccines, and sports physicals), reproductive health care, dental care, and mental health services for ages 12-23 in convenient Hopkins location.

Offers a complete range of medical services including care for families, adults, women and children. If you need help quickly, but the situation is not life-threatening, you can go to Urgent Care (952-993-1000) at Park Nicollet Medical Clinic which is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Interpreter services are available. No appointment is needed, but you wait your turn when you arrive. If you use the Urgent Care services, check in when you arrive and pay your insurance co-payment. You can use this clinic even if you do not have insurance, but you will be expected to pay for the care you receive. A drivers license or personal ID is required

Eligible patients will be assigned to a primary care clinic. Free health care is available for people who do not have other coverage. Call for eligibility information and to schedule an appointment.

Emergencies! Call 911 if you or your family member needs medical help immediately for childbirth, an accident, or a life-threatening situation such as a heart attack! A rescue squad will come to your home and may take the person to the hospital.
